The pavilion has 12 picnic tables that are 8' long, a double charcoal grill, and standard electrical outlets. It seats roughly 75 people and handicap access is available from the parking lot.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $25 Security Deposit is taken at your time of reservation in addition to the rental fee. Security Deposits will be refunded following the rental. Security deposits will be held if damage was incurred to the pavilion following the rental. As a reminder, staples and nails are not permitted on any pavilion surfaces. Tape and string are permitted. Any tape or string used for fastening should be removed by the renter.
REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY: Upon determination of the Township, the rental fee may be refunded in the case of an extreme weather emergency. A 50% administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations occurring within 30 days of the event. Cancellations prior to 30 days of the event will incur a 25% administrative fee. All other refunds will be determined by the Parks & Recreation Department.
CLEAN UP: Renters are required to clean up and take all personal belongings that were brought to the facility. The Township is not responsible for any lost of stolen items that were left behind.
